Return Policy

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased on our website, you may do so by contacting us within 10 days of the delivery date at Amanda@raeandgrace.shop. Returns must be in new, unworn, unaltered, *undamaged, and unwashed condition. We reserve the right to refuse any worn, damaged, or modified merchandise. You will receive a full refund once the product is received by us. Products must be received by us within 30 days of your delivery date, or a refund will not be issued.

*If there is a production flaw, returns will be issued in the same manner as above. We stand behind the quality of our products, but some defects may still occur as all items are handmade. We will repair/replace any production defect or damage within 30 days of receipt of item. After 30 days, any issues will be considered normal wear and tear and no longer covered by 𝑟𝑎𝑒 & 𝑔𝑟𝑎𝑐𝑒. 

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any customized merchandise including but not limited to sizing modifications, satin add-ons, personalization, custom orders, etc.

*T-Shirts sales are final. No returns or exchanges on T-shirts.

Should the customer elect to exchange for a new product of like-kind or otherwise, the customer will be responsible for any up-charge fees and/or shipping & handling expenses. If a customer elects to switch to a product of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method provided.  Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return or exchange is due to a production or shipping error by 𝑟𝑎𝑒 & 𝑔𝑟𝑎𝑐𝑒. We are not responsible for packages once they have left our hands and are in possession of the Postal Service. We do not hold responsibility for stolen items or for items that are damaged or lost in transit. The buyer is responsible for obtaining insurance and filing a claim with the USPS for any issues related to delivery.

 

Return/Exchange Process

Steps to follow.
1) After logging into your account. Find the order you wish to return item(s) from and click the "Request Return" button in the top right corner.
 
2) After the return has been approved, send the item(s) back to

3) If a return is desired, your return will be processed after we have received the cap and make sure everything is in NEW condition. 

4) If an exchange is desired then an "Additional Shipping Fee" will need to be purchased if the total cost of the exchanged item(s) is below the $50 U.S. Free Shipping threshold. The Additional shipping fee listing is $0.00 so it will only charge you for the cost of the shipping.   

5) Exchange items will not be sent until original items have been received by r&g. Exchange items are based on availability at time original items are received back to r&g. If new items are not available at that time, r&g will contact you to determine alternate exchange item(s)
