We recommend machine washing in cold water and hang-drying, since some cotton fabrics might shrink a bit with heat. But most of our customers just toss them in the laundry with no special care, and are very happy with the results. Iron as needed. Satin scrub hats should be machine washed in cold water and tumble dried on low.

We try our best to keep a well stocked inventory for you, but some popular prints do sell out pretty fast! We restock our site every week (Thursdays 6pm EST) with new and past favorites.
Some prints may not be able to be restocked, due to fabric supplier availability. So, if you see something you love in your favorite style, snatch it up quick! 



In some cases, yes! If you ordered a regular in-stock item, with no customizations/personalization, you may email us at Amanda@raeandgrace.shop to request a cancelation. If you ordered a custom order, satin lining, embroidery or any other item that specified "No Cancelation", those orders are final.

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased on our website, you may do so by contacting us within 10 days of the delivery date at Amanda@raeandgrace.shop.

Returns must be in new, unworn, unaltered, *undamaged, and unwashed condition. We reserve the right to refuse any worn, damaged, or modified merchandise. You will receive a full refund once the product is received by us. Products must be received by us within 30 days of your delivery date, or a refund will not be issued.

Since each cap print is offered with a limited amount we unfortunately cannot guarantee exchanges for a different print. You may email us at Amanda@raeandgrace.shop before your order is processed/shipping and we will try our best to accommodate your request. We do restock weekly so feel free to grab the other at our next restock!

We can accommodate bulk orders to get your whole team matching and looking great! We can also custom print fabric specifically for you, with your company logo, team or specialty. Design fees may apply to custom designed fabrics.

If you accidentally put the wrong address in and need to request an address change, please email us at Amanda@raeandgrace.shop by the NEXT DAY in order to get the address changed.

If you request an address change after this time it's not guaranteed that it can be changed. In some situations, orders are shipping the same day as order placement - In that case, your order may not be able to be re-routed if it has already been processed.I didn't get a confirmation email after I placed my order.
If you do not receive your email confirmation, please double check the email you entered at the time of placing your order, and be sure to check your email spam/junk folders. Occasionally your email provider may block our confirmation email. If you don't receive it after checking your email and junk folders, please contact us at Amanda@raeandgrace.shop for a copy of your receipt.

After placing your order you will receive an email with your confirmation number. Once your package is sent out you will receive an additional email with a tracking number for you to track your package.

Once orders and payment are received, you should expect your order to arrive within 1-2 weeks (Please allow 1-5 days for processing). Timing will ultimately depend on shipping carriers. There may be circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause delays in shipment. There will be no refunds due to delayed shipment. If your package has a major delay please contact us.

From time to time this happens. Please check your mailbox, front door, any side doors, and neighbors to see if the package was placed there first. If you cannot locate your package, we suggest waiting 3 business days as more often than not, it will eventually show up. If you have waited those 3 business days and your package still has not arrived, we suggest calling your local post office and providing them with your tracking number so they can help you locate your package. In addition, you can file a missing package claim online. We highly suggest calling first as the online form rarely results in anything, from our experience.
The USPS asks you wait 15 days before filing a claim for a missing package. You can file the claim here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm 

It is the customer's responsibility to contact the USPS to locate their package. If the USPS cannot locate your package, please provide a written statement as such after 15 business days so we can replace your order. Note, this does not apply to orders that are still in transit - This only applies to orders that have been marked delivered.

**Because there are things that happen out of our control with the USPS, such as lost packages, you MUST purchase Route Shipping Insurance to be replaced or refunded if you do not receive your order after it's been shipped by us.

If your order was marked returned to sender, it is most likely due to an address issue. Please send us an email with your order number and confirm your shipping address. 

Customer will be responsible to pay for reshipping order. We will send an invoice for the shipping fee and reship to the corrected address. Please note, we must receive the items back and have a repaid shipping fee before reshipping items.

Yes we do! 

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. 

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. 

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. If packages are not claimed and sent back to our facility, we will not refund your order.
