I have been ordering from rae & grace a long time and I absolutely love her hats. I get the Euro style because they are comfortable and fit so well on my head without sliding. I am a hat-aholic and have tons of different patterns from her.
I started wearing Rae and Grace after a coworker gifted me a new hat. I immediately placed an order and haven't looked back. I wear the Euro style exclusively. The fabric is sturdy, I love the flannel band and have had no issue with the elastic. I do take the toggle off the back and knot the elastic.
I love the variety and the restock every week is always fun. If you're a Swiftie like me, this is the place for affordable fun TS hats and stickers!

I ordered the bouffant style, and embroidery on each cap with my name. I am happy with the style of the hat and the patterns. However, at first glance I thought I didn't receive the embroidery. To my surprise the position is over the left ear and unnoticeable. I apparently did not recognize the placement of the embroidery as shown and stated on the ordering page. The embroidery is also smaller than the company logo over the right side of the cap. The thread choice also given is either black, white or complementing color (that is chosen by the company) One cap thread color is barely readable because it blends too well, not very contrasting. If recommendations are welcomed. I would enlarge the size of the embroidery for easy reading. (After all as described we like the embroidery because it makes it so much simpler for our patients and colleagues to see our name, verses a small badge.)I believe having the choice of location of embroidery would be nice too. I know not everyone would like their name front and center, but a drop down box with a choice would make it nice. I would also encourage the possibility of allowing customers the ability to pick their thread colors. I can only share my past experience with another company that this was a choice and it left no guess work as to what was ordered, and wondering what will show up in your mailbox, un-returnable due to it being personalized. This company is amazing! I had been on the hunt for a Down Syndrome awareness hat when I saw a rae&grace post about custom hats. Amanda was great to work with; quick responses and full of ideas! I found a fabric and she took care of the rest. The hats are amazing! Thank you!💛💙
I have some buffont hats that I use at work now that I've had for many years from another site. They have held up very well all these years, except for needing the elastic replaced. I don't feel that the quality of these hats from rae and grace is going to last that long, the fabric is very thin. I also prefer the terry cloth across the headband not this flannel. My hair is thick but only just passed my shoulders in length, these hats do not feel very big for long hair.
I’ve been working in the OR for over 20 years and I LOVE these scrub hats! I’ve tried so many different brands and these hats definitely fit the best! I also love the prints! 🩷 Thank you!

I love these ponytail hats! They keep all my hair tucked away securely and I don’t feel like I have to tie it so tight I get a headache.

Our surgical mission group was heading to Ghana Africa for our annual trip and found some awesome caps from Ray & Grace. Speaking with Amanda she was able to get the 20+ caps in 2 different patterns to us in time for our trip. The caps look awesome!! Everyone loves them!!! I’ve purchased several hats from them after seeing my coworker wearing a hat. I’ve been please with all of my purchases minus the last one. My hat arrived 10 days after saying it had been delivered and when I reached out to the company I was told because I didn’t purchase the protection I should reach out to the usps who was of course no help. If I never received my hat I would have been out of 25 dollars since there were no other resolution provided by the company.

I wish we had more control over the shipping process - After the item is in the hands of USPS, we are unfortunately unable to control the speed of shipping. We do automatically include Route Package Protection during the checkout process to help protect our customers from shipping mishaps. I am unsure if you de-selected that during your checkout, but we highly encourage all customer to keep Route Package Protection in their order, so insure your package. I love all the hats I have ordered from Rae and Grace. Everyone always compliments them when I wear them. The hats are very comfortable and the euro style fits all of my hair without me worrying about it coming out.

I have so many Rae & Grace hats. I love them and the unique fabrics that are offered. I recently ordered the Halloween Lisa Frank Horror hat. I love it, but it seems like the elastic is shorter than normal (euro style) so the hat is tighter than I’d like.
I had requested a custom order with special fabric. Not only did she accommodate that request, but clarified when I made a communication error, and they were shipped way earlier than the quoted time frame. Always love doing business with this scrub hat company!
Ordered these two scrub caps on a Tuesday and I received them Saturday! Super quick shipping and delivery. I love the patterns and like that you can adjust the tightness of them as well. Will be ordering more in the future :)
This is the best sticker. And it looks so good on my water bottle. I have a matching hat too. And I love wearing at work and getting either comments or compliments. It doesn't matter to me. I love it all. I'm excited what people will say about my sticker. I bought extras for my friends.
I purchased the dumbfuckery hat because it’s adorable and funny. I work in vascular a lot so I also thought it would be perfect! However, the OR gods did not. I received one giant case being canceled after it was set up, a burn case that I never do, a lap chole in a hybrid room, and a “forgot” about you lunch! Needless to say the hat is going to the bottom of the pile to take a time out. Super cute hat, wonderful quality!
