Hi, I'm Amanda, the proud owner and creator of Rae & Grace Scrub Caps.

My journey into the world of scrub caps began from my firsthand experience as an OR nurse. Understanding the essential features that make a quality scrub cap, I decided to take matters into my own hands—quite literally.

In late 2020, amidst a global pandemic, I taught myself how to sew and founded Rae & Grace. What started as a passion project quickly grew into a thriving family-run small business, involving my husband and also our four wonderful kids. Together, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, comfortable, and stylish scrub caps for healthcare professionals.

As a nurse-owned and woman-owned business, I am deeply committed to the needs of my fellow healthcare workers. Every scrub cap is crafted with care, precision, and the insight that only someone who has been on the frontlines can provide.
